We have a 3-night minimum. Most standard nights are $12,800 a night. Churchill Downs 2027 Kentucky Derby week is $17,000 a night. 3-Night minimum.. The Castle sits on 7 Acres of wooded forest. The street is private to only the 6 other lots. Perfect for the Kentucky Derby.
With 6 bedrooms for up to 14 guests, this is a cheaper options than most 4 star hotels in Louisville running at $2,500 a night per room for the KY Derby.
The owner is happy to help out with planning a Bourbon Tour and give local recommendations at no charge. We can also arrange private catering and other special requests.
The Castle is family-friendly and will keep kids and adults entertained.
